Spicy Food
 

I am a lover of anything spicy. I always went for hot pizzas, but could never stand hot curries. Over the years I have found myself wanting for some more spicyness.

Lately, I seem to be eating the hottest pizza's I can find, eating Madras curries (hottest ive been too and yet now very mild) and Im always eating Peri Peri V Hot sauce with chips etc at home, and the sensation of it all has left me. I dont get the kick from jalapenos anymore, and once upon a time I couldnt even look at a Madras without reaching for the Naan bread but now its like eating a Korma. The sweats just arent there.

What do you reckon I do? I love spicy pizza but its no longer spicy for me. Should I move up to the Vindaloo next time I hit the curry house?

If I was to leave the spicy stuff alone for a few weeks will that kick come back?

The only thing I can find that I simply cant have too much of is English Mustard. It gets right up my nose and I just cant seem to have more than a tiny bit at a time.

Yack, not a fan of spicy food. Had a shot last night which had tequila, sambuca and tabasco sauce in it, it was FOUL, my lips were still burning 15 minutes later! (I would like to add at this point I was blindfolded and did not choose the shot :rolleyes:)

Go to the curryhouse opposite plummet line in halifax, if it doesn't burn on the way in, it'll burn on the way out.

A curry isn't a proper curry unless it leaves your exit hole looking like the Japanese flag the next day

do you smoke? perhaps you have killed your senses by smoking? Other than that ask id try the vindaloo if that doesn't work the Phal, mmmmmm curry!!!
