x box 360 advice
 
all the things i hear about the xbox is it breaking down :( the two red ring error? does this still happen on the new version xbox?

Still a problem i think and they dont give a full warranty if it happens

i got cover on mine for accidental damage £1 a month ontop of original warranty and what ever i do to it i.e. poor my drink over it i will get it replaced no question asked, handy as i have it wall mounted

There was a thread on GSXR junkies on this, some guy on there repairs them. He said the RROD error was caused by the unit over heating, its supposed to be better now than it was, he said it was carp bit of design and the airflow doesnt get through the box to cool the chips on the mainboard for the graphics ( I think )

mine did, they even told me if it happens just bring it back and i get a new one

abit of googling says the cooling is now better on the new gen of consoles, new heatsink and fan.
