swingarm size

does any one know if there is any difference in size between the curvy faired swingarm to the curvy unfaired swingarm

Yes naked is 10mm longer IIRC. No idea why or what odds it makes but there ya go.

It could also be the other way round....

Correct Naked is longer,but they are interchangable.Something to do with slightly different geometry and C&S specs.Bla bla bla

Correct, no difference to be honest as I have a 'N' on the 800.
