Powder Coating - South East Area
 

Has anyone had anything powder coated in the Scottish Borders / Edinburgh area recently and would recommend the company?

I’m planning on doing up my girlfriends TW125 over the winter and want to get the frame and swing arm done.

If you find anyone good let me know, Alan at BBS passed away this year and it's left a big gap :( Though I'm not sure if the company will be carrying on.

BBS are still down at hadington... i know this as my workshop is just round the corner.. its just mark left...

Ah, I was wondering if his partner would carry on. Allan pretty much ran the bike side of things so we'll see how that works out I suppose. They were definately the place to go to before, though.

go in second entrance then up to the top.. you cant miss him .. he's also a farrier..

if you get lost in the estate just ask anyone where the powder coater is.

Anyone used http://www.triple-s.co.uk/ ?

Thinking of sending my pillion hangers/pegs to them for powder coating black (have a black K8)...they've quoted £24 plus P&P plus VAT which I thought was OK (prices are on the website).

If/when I get it done, will post pics/reviews etc., but if anyone has used them or can recommend somewhere else, please let me know.
