good luck ... 'Arsholes On Line' as i call them... they have to be the worst isp ever.. once they get a hold of you they dont let go... try to change to another isp and see what happens...

Oh my god , I used to be on that setup , I remember being over the moon when it dropped to 1p a minute for internet in dialup .

AOL :(....... I was with them years ago and had nothing but problems, when i tried to end the contract after a year it was an absolute nightmare!!! I ended up having to have my hard drive wiped and everything reinstalled. Computer repair bloke said AOL is just one huge virus!!
