Hiya
Hiya, I've just got my first SV - but haven't ridden it yet! I need to get it restricted but my dad is kindly keeping it running - he prefers it to the 125 I had before... strangely! My dad signed up earlier and he said that I should too, so hello...

Woo! 33bhp, nothing to be sniffed at. I had a great time with my SV when it was restricted. You'll learn a thing or two about riding with the SV!
Welcome, happy riding |

Now if you all could assure her that the cleaning and general well being of the bike is part of owning it I'd be very grateful. |

Re: Hiya
I take it SVdog's dad is now posting too
yea, do take care of the bike. If it gets coated in crap, it only takes 5 nins to hose it all off and wash it over with some car wash and hot water. It'll make your bike last forever. Dont forget to keep the chain lubed and maintained, and dont forget about oil changes. Dont forget either to pull wheelies everywhere, stoppies at traffic lights, bounce the engine off the limiter when there are lots of pedestrians about. And knee down at EVERY oppurtunity. We dont toerate chicken strips here!! |
