Punctures! *RAGE*

How many have you had this year? I'm now officially on my 4th!

I've got a very slow one in my rear ATM. Other than that, I've thankfully never had one.

None this year, three in total in my biking career I think.

4. Two on one bike, two on the other. It's the nature of the best when you filter traffic every day.

But I fix my own punctures using plugs and ride the tyre to the end of its natural life.

None in just over a year of riding, which would be about 11000 miles.

ARRRRRRRGGGGGHHHH I got one (I think) on Sunday, damn big nail in the rear tyre, made for interesting roundabout manouevres. AND the plus side was my chicken strips with an Avon Storm were the smallest ever!!
Rang up garage this morning to go and have it changed, like we'd arranged yesterday, and he couldn't do it, so I've wasted a nice day of scrubbing, as tomorrow was to be the second day of scrubbing.....maybe he might change it tomorrow

I sympathise totally. I had my fifth in 13k miles 2 months back. 4 nails and the last was a sliver of glass that went in between the tread on a brand new pilot road 2. Not impressed.

I think this is the reason,

I always seem to have punctures after I have had to face congestion, usually I goto work before or after the rush hour, so am blissfully unaware of what traffic is!

Hopefuly I'll get this one plugged as well.

What puncture repair kit do you use? Think I may well invest in one!
