Speed Camera guff
 

So there's a 40 zone that I happened to be doing a fair bit over on my way home on a dual carriageway. There's speed camera signs everywhere over it but no cameras apart from down the road which I always watch out for. However. Today, I round a bend and nail it down a straight bit of 40mph dual carriageway. I fail to spot the police van until it's too late, however, it's just a guy (maybe two, I didn't notice) sat in the front, both back panels were painted over. Just a regular police van. I went back round again to double check and the guy looked like he was checking something on a phone as opposed to holding a speed gun, may have been though.

What do you guys think? It was a very busy road and if I got caught, another 50 odd people did too.

Well, you're right, I should probably slow down. Maybe ANPR van, I'm definitely insured and there would have been lots of people doing over 40, if a mobile camera was put there it would be a brilliant idea, they'd catch a lot of people. Anyways, I'm not going to worry as if something comes through the door, it comes through the door. Nothing I can do.
