Pete's been growing some rather hot chillies this year and announced that he was making some sauces from them. Cheekily I asked for a bottle of the stuff, and he's not just sorted me out with one bottle, but two! Ancona need to be watching their backs as he's produced some really top stuff. I dont know if the PM have any other heat freaks like me but theres not only a good heat to the sauce but a really good flavour, particularly the smoked one which is quite heavily bodied.

Again this just highlights the good nature and human kindness at the .org and Pete is one the gents on it! If kindness was measured in Scovilles, Pete would be a Habanero!
