Whet teh feck is going on around here?

I must have missed something astronomical around here lately. There's talk of members being banned, members leaving, even sanctions against cake meetings - i mean - what the hell is going on? You know you're definitely NOT in the in crowd when the shizzle hits the fizzle and you're clueless as to whats going dizzle.

All I can surmise (nice word...) is that the weather is cold/wet/sludgey at the moment, so people aren't getting to ride as much, and thus end up hanging around on here talking random drivel. Now, some of the random drivel is quite comical and harmless. I must have switched off my controversy radar because, not one post on here has outraged me to the point of being banned or leaving. If I really strongly disagree with something or someone p1sses me right off, I just click off the post and think "I've got better stuff to be doing right now"...

I've yet to meet a complete nobber from these forums - everyone I've met on each & every one of the rideouts has been so helpful, friendly and cheerful in real life that I find it hard to understand all these e-wars, 15 page arguments and daft little digs. Can we all just get along?

If not, you can all just **** off.
