A Dymo machine. Staples sell em but they're not cheap. £20 basic, £35 with bells and whistles.

Re: sticky label thing wanted (crap title)
Its the tape that dictates the colours not the machine. MMM let me have a look
http://www.labelzone.co.uk/brandsubc...7-59CF10F91297 Here where you can order the tape from. Hovis If you don't mind white on black I can print something off. |
Re: sticky label thing wanted (crap title)
Or you could buy the tape. Send it to me n I can print it off for you. The machines aren't cheap you see.

Re: sticky label thing wanted (crap title)
We have a dymo tape machine at work which does standard black letters on a white background. I think it's about 15mm high. Any good. I could get you done what you want and stick it in the post.
Or, I think another department has one that does larger lettering with different backgrounds. Let me know what you intend to do and I will see if I can do it for you. |

thanks, 15mm would be ok, but thats the tallest it could be, then the lenth would depend on size and how many letters, i guess? i had my heart set on a gold background with black writting, i guess gold/silver on black would be ok too not keen on black and white, as it would look odd i think |

Why don't you just do your lettering design on a computer, and print it on a sticky label (the Avery address label thingy-bobs). Then just stick some clear sellotape over the top to waterproof the ink? It would then have a glossy finished looked. Chin |
