Stomach and Chest Exercises.

Any one got some tips on good stomach and chest exercises or should I just stick to the sit-ups and press-ups?

You need to combine different sit-up exercises to work all your stomach muscles. The same with push ups. Depending on where you place your hands will work different muscles. You can work primarily your chest by doing wide arm press ups.

But to be honest with you. You need to do proper exercise. You wont shift weight by doing press-ups and sit-ups. You wont even see any muscle development. You carrying too much fat.

Get in the gym, on the treadmill or pound the streets. Take up Squash, or badminton. Go swimming. I'd concentrate on all these things first.
