I seem to recall a couple of young teenage girls found a similar large amount of ripped up notes a while ago, and spent every spare hour piecing them together. I think they copped about 10K between them too.

From what I heard all you need to do is piece together the queens head not the whole note.

On the N/S run a few years ago. We stopped at the side of the road to wait for others to catch up. in the grass I see what looks like money. Gets off and it is a load of £20 notes torn up. Yippee I think as I start collecting them. Until some smart **** points out they all have the same number and are colour photocopies.

Scoobs, Never one to stay off the grass are you:smt019. You have to try and be witty. You damm well know I wait for no one. they wait for me
It was catch up from the run into town for fuel. Some were still on their way from the filling station in Penrith. My instruction from Mark was to take everyone who was ready to the Pooley Bridge road and wait for him to bring down the rest. So catch up in its strictest sense. But not catch up as in Mark lighting his second rollup waiting for the blade/gixxer types to finally catch him. |
