Got an oil filter wrench from them a while ago... it didn't fit, not sure why. Totally forgot about it, remembered today when I got a bike in with downpipes in way of using chain wrench.

Anyway rang them up and they are sending me a replacement of the proper size, well after they actually have to bother to even look at it for me. As usual, good service. :)

indeed this just re-enforces service I've had from them in the passed as well, nice one.

yup. I still beat it with the year old, wrong type, rear shock that they replaced.
I really thought they'd say tough, but I've never had a problem with their service :-)

My dad has been using Wemoto for parts for the honda he's rebuilding (an update on that soon btw). They have been really good, he's been impressed with the service he;s got from them. They even sent a filter wrench with the oil filter he got from them, and he didnt ask for it.
