i think if u stand up, shoulders relaxed arms by ur side...if there is any slight crease under the man flesh, then this would be moobs?

hard are pecs, soft are moobs. If you have to ask they are moobs. Otherwise step back from the mirror and squint and they change into pecs:)

I don't have moobs. I just have a very large set of pecs that are cleverly camouflagued in fat.
