No point beating about the bush. Tyre warmers are meant for use on race tyres, so you can push hard right from the off. On a road bike they're utterly pointless and even if you did use them at home, what are you going to do when you park up elsewhere?

You need to be able to feel your tyres getting warm, you won't get that if you always set off with them all hot and sticky.
