I prefer Donnington, even though Silverstone is closer its not what it used to be.

Re: MotoGP to silverstone from 2010
Well I am not suprised. Motogp has been on at them for years to improve the facilities and they have dragged their heals all the way. F1 comes along and lifts its skirt and all of a sudden theyve got £10m to spend on track improvements and are fastracking (pardon the pun) the improvements. If I was dorna I think I two would have told them politely to p*ss off as well ;)
In short, Silverstone get the up and coming sport and Donington buy the dying sport. Dont get me wrong I love Donny, its local its a good circuit and a great atmosphere but I know Silverstones setup is far better than Donnies at the moment and I am rather looking forward to it. |

This is news to me. Why did you get that infomration from? Its a bit strange that they took it off Silverstone because they woudnt pay what F1 thought it was worth. Even if htey are paying the upfront costs you can bet your better bottom dollar it is clawed back over the contract period. |
