Would you be up for... Go-karting?

Right, following from the infamous thread of Mr. Badger...

This thread is to establish interest for Go-Karting. :)

There's a couple of options location wise:
  • Near Cerrig on the A5 (decent track with GP options/prizes that my work recently used).
  • Anglesey (not that far from Trac Mon, so could combine the two?)
  • Just outside Caernarfon (indoor track, so benefits from not worrying about the weather).
  • Glasfryn park (also has archery, quad bikes & bowling).
Date is completely up in the air, as this is only the initial interest stage. The final date will probably be better arranged to suit most folks (like the rideouts are) to enable a larger group discount etc.

The costs involved, at this stage, I have no idea.

Note: This thread doesn't mean that I'm promising to organise the event, just throwing out ideas. Anyone that wants to throw some more ideas & see what sticks, feel free below. :) Although in honesty, I am hoping to be able to be able to organise something as simple as "turn up, drive like a loon, possibly stay over in a bunk-house" type thing (NW4's bunk-house could be an option I suppose).

Anyway, poll, you know what to do by now. If not, then your name is either Hovis or Gid, and you truly have my sympathies. :D

Yes would be up for it. Always fancied the Glan-y-Gors track at Cerrigydrudion. For anyone who came on the NW 3.5 rideout, we saw the track on the left as we headed down the single track road to the bunkhouse to drop off kit.

Thats better than always coming last because you try to take every corner at full speed and end up crashing!! :)

If the dates are good then count me in.

As long as me shift patterns are inline that could be doable.
