I have none left, why not speak to Nate at Motosliders or Blair at SV Racing Parts. They aren't expensive (including shipping from the US) when you compare them with other, inferior bungs, on the market.

How much do full fairings have to be modified to fit these?

Can be done easily with a holesaw and a flap sanding wheel...
