Hey all, I hope you're all keeping well.

I’m not sure if this an appropriate place to post this, as it is a little bit of a plug.

I know some of you are from the Northants and Leicestershire areas and wanted to let you know that I am now teaching Jado Kuin Do Kickboxing at Market Harborough leisure centre, in case anybody on here was reasonably local and fancied giving it a go.

Classes start at on the 31st of January with the Confident Kids Classes at 09:00am and the adults’ class from 10:00 till 11:00.

No previous martial arts experience needed, just the willing to have a go. It’s a brilliant way to burn off everything you ate and drank over Christmas, along with developing mind and body.

Naturally anyone that fancies a go from the org will get a free first session.
