Euro Long Weekender

OK, so having looked at daily mileages, and not wanting to spend every hour of every day on the road, I've come up with a new route.
This should mean 2 days to get down to the Alps, 2 days exploring the mountains (including some of the lakes), before a 2 day trip home.
Route is just rough at the moment.
I can always do Monaco another time.

Alright Chaps,
Im planning a Euro weekender later this year - see link to the route below.
Just thought I'd see if there was much interest from the SWSurfers?

Day 1 would be blast from Bristol to Bern (C) via calais.
Day 2 would be a fun day in the mountains, lake Garda and down to Modena to play with the Ferraris.
Day 3 would be a cruise along the French south coast to Monaco, and up across the mountains.
Day 4 would be the trip home.

I've got a prebooked eurotunnel ticket from last year that I never got round to using - think it runs out in May. But I might speak to them about extending the ticket as the higher mountain passes maybe closed that time of year.
Any tentative interest in the trip?

Cheers,
AL

"Only" 525.

Still doesnt sound like much fun - or much time to "look at the Ferraris"

Fair enough - Good point. I might stretch it out a bit then.
Was more thinking about route planning than the daily mileage.
Might look at making it a week trip instead of the long weekender.

i might tag along for a day or two depending how far you get! Maybe do the long hog on day one via motorway and then have a play around for a day or two and then burn it back up the Mway again?

Spa-fracorchamps to cardiff was 475miles in a day and that was pretty rough going. Anything twistier than the M4/M25/E40 will be even worse, just a little FYI
