Hartside today Chilly but nice

went for a little winter run today (about 90 - 100 miles all told) wasn't too bad at all.

Hartside was still a little bleak though with great patches of the white stuff still hanging around

anyone for a snowball fight

Alston to brampton road was mainly dry on the way back, making for some nice twisty bits on the run back home

LoL nope i dont need a sat nav for that purpose. i just upgraded the software on it and was checking out the speed camera database which was fooked but is now functioning again.

+ i always like to see my max speed figure and log the routes for the pc software.

So that's where you keep your pace notes, Mark.
Never yet seen Hartside other than 10 seconds before the Tsunami strikes.

Even in the height of summer it is bleak like that.

but at least it looks like your council use their snowploughs & grit unlike mine
