EYEBALL - 650 curvy twin pipes.

Second time ive seen this about.

Blue half fair curvy with twin exhaust system.
Also wearing a puffer jacket both times i saw.

Kingston - friday 1 - 2 ish fife road.
Box hill - today, Well going down to the petrol station about 1:30 followed by a green half fair curvy.
