Orange Mobile Phones
 

I have just had my bill come in and found a charge of £5:00 per phone included in the overall monthly charge despite phoning them when the circular came round and telling them I did not want Orange Care.
O.K. No big deal but as we have 6 phones this equates to-
6x5x12=£360p.a.
If you got the circular and have not notified them you did not want Orange Care they are automatically presuming you do and charging you an extra £5 per phone----CHECK YOUR PHONE BILL
This may only apply to business customers,which we are but this sort of thing really annoys me.
