Air ambulance

Bout ya all
just been on to a guy from my home town who is trying to get a run of the ground for the above charity. Its a 500 miler or as far as you want, you need to raise min £100. Heres the site www.1000bikes500miles.com. Have a look and see what you think its in a good cause.

Bangor is the starting point, so that will cause a bit of traffic on that day!:D. I'll go and see them off.
