As the topic title says , I`ll be doing a bit of overtime in St.Asaph on Sunday so will be popping up the Pondy for a spot of lunch around mid-day

No can do mate. going to the pondy upsets at the moment anyway, bike is on blocks and I'm missing some good weather and rides!

I could be out & about on the bike on Sunday - but I don't get out of work until 3, so probably too late for you folks.

Depending on what time your planning on getting there, i am between night shifts so could get up for a brew around 1 ish, before scuttling back to bed :D.
