Oh man - I winced, laughed and cried watching that - sometimes all at once, espscially at the one who lost her footing on the beam and then hugged it like mad to avoid actually hitting the floor...

... from what I can remember you lose shedloads of marks for having to remount, but alot less if you are just considered to have 'deviated from a planned manouver' - or something like that.

Caught myself a cropper vaulting a few times - broke my first ribs that way.:oops: but never had a fall from the beam or bars, possibly due to the fact that I used to practice 25 feet in the air at a couple of building sites down behind my house. Bar work on the scaffolding and beam work along the tops of unfinished walls before they put the roof on!

That made me laugh - there's nothing better than seeing someone trying and failing badly! Hmm, probably explains why I love watching Harry Hill on Sat evenings.
