battery location on a tl1000r
 
hi everyone. ino its abit off topic with it being the tl, but lets be honest it's the sv's older brother. i came to charge the battery today, and could i find the bloody thing, could i buggery.

it's not under any of the seats or fuel tank. i have no idea, so i though i'd try my luck on here. thanks

its under the riders seat init.

nope only thing under there is the ecu and ignition modual

Underneath the ECU/Ignition module? That's where it is on the CBR.

I think it's the same as on Dukes. Under one of the front fairings.

sorry its not under the ecu and the next place i'm going to look is round the fairings but i cant see anywhere to get in for easy acess

This ad is off ebay and it shows a fairing panel for battery access.

found it, couldnt see it to save my life, but what a silly place to put it, right next to the front cylinder on its side, thanks all
