I'm off to get new cogs'n'chain fitted, then a meander around Lancashire. On nights tonight, so need ot fit a snooze in too!

It's gorgeous outside here, and my rage is fueled by two factors.

A) I'm stuck at work

B) Both my bikes are currently out of action!!

It's almost at the stage where I'm going to nab my Dad's wee CG, JUST so I can get out for a run!

yep, beautiful sunshine here, just about to go out on the cat now, prob prob to Quatt for a bite and then back through the corvedale to Ludlow and then home. :D:D
