Firstly 2 things, it wasn't my fault!!!! and I'm not hurt.

So, there I was riding South on Whitehall when the Citroen ZX in front of me started to slow down with his brake lights showing and he was travelling in a straight line mostly in lane one of two, therefore I decided to overtake him. As I was level with the drivers door without any indication, the car swerved to the right as if to turn right into Downing Street, or perform a U Turn at that point.
I collided with the car but did not fall off.
Damage to the offside of the car was broken wing mirror, 2 huge dents in the front wing, front tyre punctured by a tear in the sidewall, front indicator missing.
Damage to the nearside of my SV650S radiator snapped off, R & G crash bung snapped off, Valter Moto rear set snapped off. This was assessed in the dark and there maybe more damage not yet noticed.
When asked what his version of events were by myself and the Policeman (D240) who did not witness the collision but walked over from Downing St to see if he could help, the 3rd party stated that he was lost and also that he was confused about how many lanes there were in the road.

Excuse if any of the above is a bit formal - it'll be a cut & paste into my insurance claim :neutral:

He did not fall off - He did not drive into another vehicle - ergo he did not crash.

he was hit by the car and caused significant damage to his bike so he gets it

& Were they breathalized? It aint like that SV is particularly discrete.
