had a great run out to devils bridge today and it was packed, lots of great looking bike and a r1 turbo with nos which looked a load of fun

Got as far as Hawes and instead of heading over to Devil's I went over Buttertubs and back for something new.

Hawes was busy too but not as busy as last week. No one seemed to want to chat. Tried a few and it just fizzled out.

Nice cuppa though.

Police closed the A65 just out of ingleton on us about 4PM. forced down through Burton in Lonsdale.


So I assume something nasty had happened at Cowen Bridge, I hope no bikes involved.

Apart from that, what a brilliant day for carrot cake in Slaidburn and a bacon butty at the layby in Caton.

yes news says it was a 54yrs old woman from Bradford, she was the passenger in sidecar. RIP
