How are you going to replace that without damaging the lower race by removal?

i removed the bearing from the steering tube using the dust seal as a barrier to protect the lower race..

Only Suzuki bearings come with the actual seal on the bottom bearing. It's actually part of the bearing I believe.

I found this out when I got some replacements and asked for the cheaper one's which turned out not to have it.

it is a separate part, a small metal washer with the rubber sealer bonded on.

a suzuki dealer can get you one
