Headlights not working...HELP
B####er it. Planned early start for a ride only to find pride and joy has no lights this morning. So whilst waiting for it to lighten up I thought I'd consult the oracle. K2 curvy, ignition, brake lights, indicator all work as does main beam, front, back and instrument panel..no lights.
Tell me its just a fuse!!! |
Re: Headlights not working...HELP
Indeed it would seem it's a fuse, the main beam fuse is I believe the first 15A one and the low beam the second in the fuse box under the seat.
However should this prove to be the case it's always prudent to ask why it blew in the first place ? Cheers Mark. |
Re: Headlights not working...HELP
I had the exact same problem with my old SV. Like Rictus said - check the fuse first as it is the most likely candidate, but my problem was caused by the connector between the headlight and the wiring loom being fried.
