Kurtis I thnk your best bet is going to buy a new one from your local bike shop, or buy from scottoiler direct.

They do come up on ebay now and again, but I'd want to know what I was buying wasnt broken and thats not always the case on ebay.

i bought one of ebay, after much farting about i relised it was broke, fairplay to scottoiler they sorted me out with a replacement part, and it still worked out cheaper than new, but if i was to do it again i would buy new.

i have one i'm not going to use anymore but the chances of all the bits being there are very very slim.

Chances of anything important missing is slim :D
Or at least it will be available from Scottoiler or you can make do without it as long as you have the main body

I have one in the shed I just took off the bike last week. All there apart from vac tube as whoever fit it epoxied the bugger in & I cant it out. I'll pick tank up in morning & see whats occuring under there.
