Just another issue. Exhaust repacking.
After cutting down my exhaust without a hitch i found that the old packing had just fallen to peices.
so If i go buy some new stuff can it be cut down to fit the exhaust?? as i heard it was all pillow like so would cutting one end mean the insides would all spill out?? thanks Brock. |
Re: Just another issue. Exhaust repacking.

ino it was a tiny bit of advice followed by a huge derail.
also i might rant at how i spent a whole hour looking for standard exhaust so i could pop out to get rivits but no. 30min cycle. i hate my double garage its to big. |

Re: Just another issue. Exhaust repacking.
Hmm but is it so full of useless bits that always come in handy.
Eg. my new tail tidy is made from bits of fencing post support clampy things i found on the floor. You cant swap useless charm. |
Re: Just another issue. Exhaust repacking.
Don't use the loose packing it doesn't last 2 minutes. Get the woven matt stuff. Beowulf sell it.
