Baffle - Scorpion Exhaust
 
I have a scorpion can on my SV650S. I I take the baffle out the end does that make it non road legal?

It makes it louder and sounds better..

Had it out a few times, sounds gooooood. 33bhp also, like yourself. Still fast.

yep its illegal but you hardly ever get stopped for it, the sound makes it worth the risk lol.

I wouldn't say it was fast but it's fast enough.

Yeah it'll be illegal, what are traffic cops like in your area? If you get a ****** or one on a crusade then you'll get a fine (reminds me I meant to pay mine today! grrr)

Leave it out, keep it in high gear going through towns/villages, dont excessivly(sp) rev in towns/villages, just keep a low profile..

Until you get on the open road ;)

Usually jump up loch lomond cops are not bad up there. Up towards arrocher and inverary they are out on force tho and always at weekends. Worth the sound tho, need lower fairings for her now. Btw bike aint got a name yet, any suggestions? :P

That`s a personal thing dude , I named mine "Boomer" after having the Baffle out of my Scorpion can and letting her go into over-run coming down a valley ...... she practically named herself :)
