Airblade
 

Hello, I ordered an Airblade DB screen for my SV650S off ebay, item arrived very quick and looks sweet. Just one thing that I'm not to sure about as no instructions were supplied, what is the rubber split hose for? I've had a quick search on the net but no joy. If anyone has installed an airblade could they please let me know, for piece of mind. Thanks

it goes on the top of the screen after you've fitted it.

I superglued it on so it stuck there...

Watchout with airblade, i had one after a few months it began to get brittle and had what looked like lots of shattered lines, and then i nudged into it in garage and it just split right down the middle, but you get what you pay for or i was just unlucky.

unlucky I guess, I've had mine over 4 years on the bike. not a problem.

Put on the Airblade today, makes the bike look a lot better. Although I did have to trim the plastic lugs on the interior fascia so the screws at the top on the screen locked in and the fascia was flush. I hope this does not come back to bite me on the ass
