i'd sell it to an enthusiast as on auto trder you'd get peanuts for it.

I'd pay £1500 but if you look around a few hundred more gets you an injected one :-(

hard call mate - i'd keep it if I were you

I spent a lot of time looking around the usual places for my bike a couple of months back and examples like yours were listed at anywhere from 1400 to 2000 depending on how optimistic the seller was. Personally, I would pay 1500-1600 for it but I'm no expert.

I'd say somewhere around £1500 might get more for it. Bear in mind its got new tyres, has been balanced, is smart, reasonably low mileage and a new chain and sprocket kit on it.

I paid £1400 for a 2000(W) with 9000 miles, goodish tyres, a few marks but nothing suggesting a crash, spec as in my sig, chain&sprockets need replacing but hey. ... maybe £1500 would be a "minimum" offer..

Granted this is a VERY TIDY bike and if I hadn't bought this I'd be round his house with £1500 in cash, NOW, and I'd take him to the pub. ;)

He seems like a genuine and nice guy so best of luck to him.. if he's after the most cash, I'd suggest you stick it on fleabay.
