leathers

been looking on fleabay, i think i am either a size 40 or 42, but it appears they will fit someone from 5ft 8 to 6ft 2 and 10 stone to 14 stone with waist anything in between 30 and 36 inches, i'm confused .com. one person willsay they are a short **** with large beer belly and the next is a tall skinny geezer, how the hell are you meant to know what size fits you when they just give a size eg 50 eu= 40 uk, and that is only the chest, no measurements for waist, height, inside leg, arms. do i have to take pot luck might end up looking like GP, mind you thinking about it !!!

I have found that with leathers you really do need to try before you buy. If they are a named brand then try to find them in a local shop and try them on. Then buy on eBay if there is a sufficiently lower price. I would also ask the seller about returns if they do not fit.

Every set is different! But same-brands tend to have similar sizes.

But if you get for a good price on ebay, I wouldn't worry. If you dont fit them and re-advertise them well, the you shouldn't lose a penny :)

TBH

Its better to try them before you buy them. All brands are different and fit different. Im a size 8-10 and needed a 12-14 alpinestar leathers  (and even now, i must admit they can be a bit tight).

You could always email/contact the seller and request specific measurements - a good seller should be more than happy to do it.
