No, but with a dremmel it definately can. I've modded an SV1k to fit my 650.

What needs changed exactly for an SV1000 bellypan to fit an SV650 then? Having to create mounts anyway as havn't got any. Thanks

Looks like a bag of Sh1te when it`s cut and shut to fit as well , about as tight as a Wizard`s Sleeve
