When can we play in Northumbria

without the plod being able to do anything about naughtyness?

I cannot believe their strategists have decided to scrap all motorcycles. Surely they will be keeping a few of their covert bikes etc.

nothing. To be fair, they didnt have a dedicated motorcycle section anyway, just a load of traffic officers who could ride bikes when the sun was out.
