Online Swap, how to do it
 

I've found a guy who's looking for a swap of his 320mm GSXR discs for 300mm GSXR discs which i have and i need 320's!!!

The thing is the only way i can think of to swap them is for me to buy his and him to buy mine through ebay. This will obviously incur ebay and paypal fees but is about as secure as i can think of.

Can anyone think of a better way? He's in Stafford and i'm in Edinburgh so a meet up ain't going to happen.

Why don't you just trust each other or perhaps consider getting a courier, whom on request I believe can deliver an item and pick up the other one.

Trust?

Just you send them to him and vice-versa. I've done it many times with mountain bike gear.

Trust and ebay don't go together in my experience!!!

I like the sound of the courier idea, any info on that?

I'm not overly sure, I guess if you ring up DHL or UPS (only two I'd trust) and talk to their customer service about it..

Go to his house and beat him up? Ask for a landline telephone number and an address. Calm him at a random time in the evening to "double check the address" (really making sure that's his house) and if all's well just send it..

Paranoid maybe, but discs are £150+ for a known decent set. So I'd be fackin paranoid too!
