Anyone every used chain kote?
 

Got a £5 voucher for m and p because they're morons. Saw this and considered actually using the voucher.

Anyone ever used it I'm a bit concerned though as I saw it described as 'recommended for o ring chains' on the net (possibly busters) and I have an xring. Although I can't see how they can specify??? Either way it's cheaper than wurth and might fling less than my current £4 a tin stuff.

Chain lube is chain lube.
X ring/O ring. Both bits of rubber just a different shape.

Just fit a scottoiler.

Yeah think I used it. It came in a small can ideal for touring, it was rubbish really. It's on offer for a reason!

I used it for a year or so. Its ok, then as advised, i got a Scottoiler

will work out at about a litre for £8 so meh might be worth a shot

Currently using bike it stuff which is bizarre because it lubes really well and is incredibly sticky but also flings. But with this combo it means when I park up I sometimes get strings of lube from the tyre to the chain or swingarm!
