Login to your Personal Account using your Policy Number and Email Address. Select the Policies tab and you will be able to check the status of the policy.

When I got my notice this morning that my house insurance had lapsed, I panicked and hunted out the paperwork, then also checked online.

I think it was a genuine error, why are you all so suspicious? You'd have to be daft to renew with the same company and not realise, surely?
