7 weeks and what to do
 

I got 7 weeks off work and need to get away. No money means bike is a good means.

For an inexperienced, not very confident rider who will be doing it alone, where shall I go and I would love to leave the UK !!

I will give you the dates I am off hun from 18 June onwards til end of July, got 1st week in Aug off too but cancelling that week, 8 weeks is not necessary LOL.

How come you have so long, if you don't mind me asking?! I thought I was looking getting 26days holiday this year...carried some over from last year though!

Strap a tent to the bike and a sleeping bag. Get your passport, toothbrush and a ferry ticket and head west!! (Being a women your packing list might be more extensive..like underwear ;o)

Shelly.... i am waiting on a payout from an accident! If you decide to head south to foreign shores and you wish for company i may well be able to join in.

However if your going it alone i can see the appeal as thats what i am looking at at the minute. That south coast of France is drawing me!

Failing that get down cornwall for a week or so... then up to scotland. then yorkshire and the lakes. then norfolk..... You can do a lot in 7 weeks!!

Are you having a relapse for being back in work full time after having so much time off recently? ;)

Simples - pack some clothes and a toothbrush then travel around the UK staying with orgers for a few days here and there.

why don't you get a map out and have a look at where you want to go and then have a look at the logistics
