Swing arm removal with abba stand?
 
How does the Abba stand kit lift the bike for removing the swinging arm?

I think you can buy a kit from them specifically for the job

Have you got abba stand?

It is like the part of adaptor which fits into stand with a 10mm or so bit protruding, you bolt through this into frame where rearset bolts to.

just got an abba 'father' stand with swing arm kit, brilliant piece of kit, makes paddock stands crude..

their customer service is fantastic...
