May prove handy to some fellow northerners

Worth mentioning they can and will appear in locations other than listed and won't necessarily be marked neither. I know in sheffield they use a green transit (think it's on an 02 plate IIRC). One constabulary also use a blue 'builders van' and I think the welsh use a horse box.

I thought that they couldnt use vehicles like that and had to cleary mark that it was a camera van.
