Bike Parking in Edinburgh

Hi

Am working in Edinburgh tomorrow and plan to take the bike as my car is off the road ATM. Is there anywhere the ORG can reccommend parking up. Am working near Haymarket station, in the Bells Brae area.

you cant park in bells brae unless the company has residential parking. there should be bike bays on the main drags though and you shouldent have to pay for them...

the closest I've found to bells brae:http://maps.google.co.uk/maps?f=q&so...,0.013819&z=16 there may be more, tend to be on corners, or in the middle of permit only streets. Oh and yeah it is free for bikes on these as long as you keep your bike within the space (in the white square) otherwise I've heard tales of mr traffic warden in edinburgh ticketing bikes for such crimes!
