How many miles have you had out of your conti Road Attacks
As I glanced down at the back tyre whilst at a friends house last night, only to see... nope not a nail, or a bit of glass, or other sharp object.....
Only the fecking cords in the middle of the tyre! How the feck did this happen?! So to all the people who've had conti road attacks, how many miles did you get out of your fronts & rears? And to all the conti road attack haters, please don't fill this thread up with recommendations for other tyres, I just wanna know the mileage |
Re: How many miles have you had out of your conti Road Attacks
I got 5k~ out of my pair. Front went first which confused me as I had them fitted at the same time. I was putting out 33 'ponies' though...
I am now a hater btw ;) |

over 10,000 miles to my last rear. The front is still on - being changed on friday - so thats probably about 12,000 miles on the front.

I love these tyres but not the mileage I got out of them. Strangely when everyone else was getting good miles out of them, I found my front only lasted around 7k and the rear even less. On the front it was the edges of the tread that went. Very disappointed. But loved the handling of them. Especially in the wet.

Yeah my front has also gone at the edges more than in the middle - in fact one edge has gone a lot more than the other so its pretty lopsided. Can't complain about the mileage though :D

I haven't ever done this. Most of my miles are motorway.

I got about 4500-5k out of my rear tyre. Couldnt wait to get rid of them so changed them as a pair when the rear died. Thats standard london riding, no burnouts or anything like that! I agree they did feel good in the wet!
