front brakes and 2 new noises
 

please help! :D

i got 2 possible problems.

1st noise is at 40mph, regardless of engine speed i'm getting a high pitched sound coming from my front end, could this be a worn wheel bearing?

also

2nd noise is a excessive rattling coming from my front left brake disc. i had a look it and i know its ment to be a floating disc and ment to have a bit of give to it but this disc has at least 5mm give to it. i know it doesn't sound much but its starting to get embarrassing riding down the streeet on a bike that sounds like its shaking it's self apart.
i did hav a problem with this brake ceasing on for a bit and then sorted it out and not sure if that has coursed it.

any suggestions... i would take it to a garage but the nearest to me is a honda dealer and they ripped me off before so i'd appreciate the help.
